鸠尾穴的古代文献研究

鸠尾穴首载于《黄帝内经》,又名尾翳穴、神府穴等,鸠尾穴因位于胸骨剑突处,其形如鸟尾而得名。在古代文献中,鸠尾穴的定位因人体有无剑突而有所差别。该穴具有清心泻火,醒神开窍;疏气解郁,宣畅气机;补益脏腑,充养元神;升提气机,举陷固脱;降逆止呕等功效。《针灸甲乙经》中鸠尾穴为禁灸刺腧穴,后世医家虽亦言鸠尾穴禁灸刺,但临床中仍喜用鸠尾穴治疗相关疾病。临床中,鸠尾穴针刺时多以浅刺为主,施灸以壮数少、艾炷小为宜。鸠尾穴还常与任脉胸腹部腧穴及督脉腧穴配伍使用,能够达到良好治疗效果。

Study on Ancient Literature of Jiuwei Point

Jiuwei(RN 15)was first recorded in Huangdi's Internal Classic,also known as Weiyi point or Shenfu point.Jiuwei point is named because it is located at xiphoid process of sternum and its shape is like bird's tail.In ancient literature,the location of Jiuwei point is different because of whether there is xiphoid or not.This point has the functions of clearing the heart,purging the fire,arousing the mind and opening the orifices,relieving qi stagnation and depression,dispersing qi movement,tonifying the viscera,nourishing original spirit,activating qi movement,lifting the sunken,rescuing from desertion,directing counter-flow downward,etc.In the book A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,moxibustion and acupuncture is forbidden to use at Jiuwei point.In spite of this,later doctors still like to use Jiuwei point in clinical treatment of related diseases.In clinical practice,shallow acupuncture is mainly used at Jiuwei point,while moxibustion with small zhuang number and small moxa cone can be proper.Jiuwei point is often used in combination with thoracoabdominal points of CV and the ones of GV,which can achieve good therapeutic effect.
