针刺治疗全膝关节置换术后疼痛研究进展

目前,针刺干预全膝关节置换(total knee arthoplasty,TKA)术后疼痛的研究,以术后干预为主,对在术前24 h内行针刺治疗以达预防性镇痛的相关研究较少,且缺乏大样本,高质量的研究。同时,仍需要对复杂、多样的术后疼痛机制进行总结,进而深入研究针刺时机对术后镇痛效果的关联。目前针刺治疗TKA术后疼痛,主要集中在电针及耳针方面,对于其他类型的针刺以及针刺时机的相关研究相对较少。不同的针刺类型和针刺时机是否能影响术后疼痛疗效,进而影响TKA患者的康复,需要进行更进一步的研究。

Research Progress in Acupuncture Treatment of Pain After Total Knee Arthroplasty

As an auxiliary treatment for pain relief after total knee arthroplasty(TKA),the main acupuncture methods at present include electroacupuncture,auricular acupuncture,wrist ankle acupuncture and abdominal acupuncture.Most of the patients receive acupuncture treatment one day before operation,or one day after operation and inperioperative period.At present,the research on acupuncture treatment of pain after TKA mainly focuses on electroacupuncture and auricular acupuncture,but there are few related researches on other acupuncture methods and acupuncture timing.The study on the timing of acupuncture treatment of TKA mostly chooses one day after operation or one day before operation,lacking of large sample and high-quality literature of different treatment timing.Therefore,in the future,it is necessary to study the effect of acupuncture methods and timing on postoperative analgesia.
