颈痛汤联合塞来昔布及甲钴胺治疗神经根型颈椎病30例

目的:观察颈痛汤联合塞来昔布及甲钴胺治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将60例神经根型颈椎病患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组给予塞来昔布片和甲钴胺胶囊治疗,治疗组对照组的基础上加用颈痛汤。比较两组患者的中医证候疗效、临床疗效及治疗前后VAS评分、中医证候积分变化情况。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分、中医证候积分均低于本组治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组有效率为96.7%,对照组有效率为83.3%,两组患者中医证候有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为96.7%,对照组有效率为86.7%,两组患者临床有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颈痛汤联合塞来昔布及甲钴胺治疗神经根型颈椎病,可改善患者的临床症状,缓解疼痛。

Thirty Cases of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Treated with Jingtong Decoction in Combination with Celecoxib Capsules and Mecobalamin Capsules

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Jingtong Decoction(JTD) in combination with Celecoxib Capsules and Mecobalamin Capsules on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:Sixty patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Celecoxib Capsules and Mecobalamin Capsules,while the control group was treated with JTD on the basis of the control group.Then the curative effects of TCM syndromes,clinical efficacies,VAS score and TCM syndromes score before and after the treatment between the two groups were compared.Results:After the treatment,the VAS score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group.There was a significant difference in the effective rate of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P<0.05).The effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 86.7% in the control group.There was a significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:JTD in combination with Celecoxib Capsules and Mecobalamin Capsules has a remarkable efficacy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,can improve clinical symptoms of the patients and relieve pain.
