艾灸配合膀胱功能训练治疗脑卒中后尿失禁

目的:观察艾灸配合膀胱功能训练治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年3月至2018年3月在本院神经内科住院的患者46例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各23例。对照组采用基础治疗,包括静脉滴注药物、口服药物等,同时进行膀胱功能训练,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用艾灸治疗,每日1次,连续治疗6d后休息1d。两组均连续治疗4周。观察两组患者临床疗效及相关指标改善情况。结果:两组患者治疗后漏尿量均明显减少(P<0.05),且试验组漏尿量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后日排尿频率明显减少(P<0.05),且试验组日排尿频率明显少于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后尿失禁程度均明显减轻(P<0.05),且试验组尿失禁减轻程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05);对照组有效率为74.0%,试验组有效率为91.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸配合膀胱功能训练治疗脑卒中后尿失禁,可以减少漏尿量,降低排尿频率,改善尿失禁程度。

Moxibustion Combined with Bladder Function Training in the Treatment of Urinary Incontinence After Stroke

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of moxibustion combined with bladder function training on urinary incontinence after stroke.Methods:A total of 46 patients treated in the Department of Neurology of our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the method of random number table,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment,including intravenous drip,oral medicine,etc.,and bladder function training.The experimental group was treated with moxibustion on the basis of the control group,once a day,and rested for one day after six days of continuous treatment.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Then clinical effects and the improvement of related indexes of the two groups were observed.Results:After the treatment,the leakage of urine in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the leakage of urine in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of urinary incontinence in both groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the degree of incontinence in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate was 74.0%in the control group and 91.0%in the test group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with bladder function training has a remarkable efficacy on urinary incontinence after stroke,can reduce the leakage of urine,and the frequency of urination and improve the degree of urinary incontinence.
