| 摘 要： | 本文应用B型超声对35例眼眶肿瘤进行了分析。本组病例超声物理性质分类为囊性9例,实质性18例,混合性4例,脉管性4例。所有病例均与手术、病理对照。超声物理性质符合率82.9％。35例中良性24例,恶性11例,良、恶性符合率81.9％。

| Abstract: | 35 patients with orbital tumor were observed by B-mode ultrasonogra-phy. According to their ultrasonic physical nature, 5 of our 35 cases, were of the cystic type, 18 solid type, 4 mixed type and 4 revealed to be angiomatous type. All of the cases were checked by pathological findings, the accuracy rate for the confirmation of physical nature of tumor was 82.9%. 68.6% (24/35 cases) of these patients showed benign tumor in the echo-images, the other were considered as malignancies,the accurate rate for the identification of benign and malignant tumor was 81.9%. |
