心理干预配合功能训练对脊髓损伤患者康复的疗效观察

目的探讨心理干预配合功能训练对脊髓损伤患者康复的疗效观察。方法 82例脊髓损伤住院患者随机分为心理干预组和对照组。对照组采用常规综合康复治疗;心理干预组在采用综合康复治疗的基础上加用心理干预。治疗前后对两组临床疗效进行比较,评定指标采用Barthel指数、功能独立性评定(FIM)。结果与治疗前比较,心理干预组和对照组患者在治疗后的Barthel指数、FIM评分均有显著提高,但治疗后心理干预组的Barthel指数、FIM评分高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论心理干预配合功能训练有利于脊髓损伤患者日常生活活动能力及自立能力的改善。

Curative effect observation of psychologic intervention combined functional exercises on rehabilitation of spinal-cord injured patients

Objective To explore the curative effect of psychologic intervention combined functional exercises on rehabilitation of sipnal-cord injured patients.Methods To divide 82 spinal-cord injured patients into psychologic intervention group and comparison group.The comparison group was given the nomal rehabilitation therapy,but the psychologic intervention group was given the integrative rehabilitation combined intervention therapy.To contrast the clinic of effect before and after cure,by using Barthel and FIM as the assessment index.Results Compared with before cure,the Barthel and FIM assessment indexes of psychologic intervention group were higher than those of the comparison group after therapy,and difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The psychologic intervention combined functional exercises can improve the daily life function and independent ability of spinal-cord injured patients.
