| 摘 要： | 目的：研究苯海拉明对氯氮平所致流涎副作用的疗效。方法：女性５０例（精神分裂症４８例，躁狂症２例），服氯氮平（１５０～５２５ｍｇ／ｄ）治疗后，均出现流涎副作用，每晚口服苯海拉明５０ｍｇ治疗，１０ｄ为一个疗程。结果：苯海拉明治疗氯氮平所致流涎的有效率达１００％，起效快，无其他副作用。结论：苯海拉明能有效治疗氯氮平所致流涎症状。

| Abstract: | AIM: To study the therapeutic effect of diphenhydramine on sialorrhea caused by clozapine. METHODS: Fifty female patients with mental disorders aged 27±s 11 a, received monotherapy of clozapine. The dosage was 150-525 mg/d. Each patient was administered 50 mg diphenhydamine qn, for 10 d after the side effect of sialorrhea occurred. RESULTS: The adverse reaction of sialorrhea caused by clozapine disappeared after the treatment of diphenhydramine. CONCLUSION: The oral administration of diphenhydramine is effective in treatment of sialorrhea caused by clozapine. |
