长托宁和阿托品对小儿体温影响的比较

摘    要:目的 观察比较长托宁和阿托品麻醉前给药对小儿体温的影响。方法 60例患儿随机分为长托宁组(Ⅰ组,n=30)和阿托品组(Ⅱ组,n=30),入室后肌注长托宁(0.02mg/kg)或阿托品(0.02mg/kg),观察并记录鼻咽温。结果 长托宁组患儿体温无显著性变化(P〉0.05);阿托品组患儿体温升高明显(P〈0.01)。结论 长托宁对小儿体温无明显影响,优于阿托品。

Abstract:Objective To compare the influences of penehyclidine and atropine on body temperature as premedication in pediatric patients. Methods 60 pediatric patients were randomly divided into group I (penehyclidine group) and group II (atropine group). Penehyclidine (0.02mg/kg) was injected into muscle in group I (n=30), while in group II, atropine (0.02mg/kg) was injected into muscle (n=30) when in the operation room. Temperature of nasopharynx was monitored. Results Body temperature changed slightly in the penehyclidine group (P>0.05); However, body temperature increased significantly in the atropine group(P<0.01). Conclusions Penehyclidine, Which is better than atropine, has little influence on body temperature as premedication in pediatric patients.
