| Abstract: | Having practised scientific research management in medicine for a long time, the author firmly believes that for young scientific researchers in medicine, it is not only to have the knowledge and ability of scientific research but important to be good in political moral character. The author also points out that in future ,it should put attention to the training of political moral character of young scientific researchers,in addition to raise the learned levels and research abliti-ty in their professional work. |
