有高血压家族史青少年血浆内皮素及相关因素分析

目的 研究有高血压家族史正常血压青少年和伴肥胖症时血浆内皮素浓度及其相关因素。方法 采用放射免疫方法检测有高血压家族史青少年及正常对照组血浆内皮素浓度。结果 有高血压家族史青少年的体重、身高、克托莱指数、心率、血压与正常对照组比较无显著性差异，而饮食习惯中喜食减肥者明显多于对照组。血浆内皮素有增高趋势，但无统计学意义。有高血压家族史正常血压肥胖症者血浆内皮素水平明显增高。结论 原发性高血压的发生可能与不良饮食习惯有关。由于内皮素直接参与了高血压的发生、发展过程，因此，有高血压家族史肥胖症者血浆内皮素水平的增高表明有发生原发性高血压的危险，需积极干预。

Analysis of Plasma Endothelin Concentration and Related Factors in Adolescent With Essential Hypertensive Historic Family.

Objective To study plasma endotheline(ET) concentration,weight,height,heart rate,arterial blood pressure,and the habit of diet in adolescents with hypertensive historic family (HHF) and obesity. Methods Plasma ET concentration of adolescents withEHHF was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The adolescents with EHHF weren't correlation with the control group,but they were more than contol group in salty and fatty habit of diet.They had a higher plasma ET concentratin than control group,whereas there was no significant difference.Normotensive obese adolescents with EHHF had a significant increase in plasma ET concentration than control group. Conclusions Essential hypertension is associated with the bad habit of diet.ET can directly participate in the initial stages,thedevelopment and later in the progression of essential hypertension ,therefore,increasing of plasma ET concentration in obesity adolescents with EHHF is a risk factor for hypertension.We must take intervenent measure.
