颈部恶性肿瘤76例诊治体会

目的：通过对76例颈部恶性肿瘤临床资料分析，提高对颈部恶性肿瘤的临床表现、诊断及治疗的认识。方法：回顾1998年4月-2004年10月就诊的127例颈部肿块病例，分析其中经病理检查而确诊的76例颈部恶性肿瘤病例的临床资料。结果：颈部恶性肿瘤常见于颈中下部，76例颈部恶性肿瘤中有8例是原发肿瘤，均为恶性淋巴瘤；68例为转移性肿瘤，以鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结转移为多见（45例）；5例颈部淋巴结转移病例未找到原发灶。结论：颈部肿块中恶性肿瘤常见，而其中又以鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结转移最为多见，临床医师应熟悉颈部肿块的鉴别诊断，做到早诊断、早治疗。

Experience of Diagnosis and Treatment 76 Cases of Neck Malignant Tumor

Objective: To better understand the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of neck malignant tumor. Methods: The clinical data of 127 patients with neck admitted from Apr. 1998 to Dec. 2004 were reviewed retrospectively. Results: Of the 127 patients, there were 76 patients with neck malignant tumor confirmed by pathologic findings. Neck malignant tumor more occurred in the mid-lower neck. Of the 76 patients with neck malignant tumor, 8 cases was primary, ahile 68 cases was metastasis; Of the 68 patients with metastasis tumor, 45 cases were from nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The primary location was found in 63 patients with metastasis tumor,and 5 patients with metastasis tumor didn't find the primary origin. Conclusion:Clinician should acquaint with the neck mass,especially about the neck malignant tumor. And it should be diagnosod and treated as early as possible.
