| 摘 要： | 目的：观察使用羟基喜树碱（HCPT）治疗中晚期消化道肿瘤的疗效与毒性。方法：中晚期消化道肿瘤患者119例，不同病种采用不同的化疗方案，每21d为1周期，4周期为1疗程评价疗效。结果：总有效率54．6％，其中胃癌尤为明显，有效率63．3％。主要不良反应为白细胞减少和胃肠道反应。结论：HCPT联合化疗治疗中晚期消化道肿瘤患者安全有效，与其他抗癌药无交叉耐药性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy and toxicity of hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT)in the treatment of advanced digestive tract tumors.Methods:Total of 119 patients with advanced digestive tract tumors were studied.According to their diseases,they were treated with hydroxycamptothecine plus different chemotherapy respectively for 4 cycles with interval of 21 days.Results:The total response rate was 54.6%,and the clinical response rate of patients with gastric cancer was 63.3%,which was the highest among the study patients.The adverse effects consisted of leukocytopenia and gastrointestinal reactions.Conclusion:Hydroxycamptothecin combined with chemotherapy is effective and safe to patients with advanced digestive tract cancers,no cross drug resistance to other anticancer drugs. |
