沙棘总黄酮对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能的作用

摘    要:观察了沙棘总黄酮对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞化学发光、吞噬鸡红细胞功能的作用,并测定了沙棘总黄酮对巨噬细胞溶酶体酸性磷酸酶、非特异性酯酶活性的影响.实验结果表明:沙棘总黄酮可增强巨噬细胞化学发光强度以及吞噬鸡红细胞功能;还可增强溶酶体、酸性磷酸酶、非特异性酯酶的活性.

Abstract:The ability of the host defense system mainly depends on macrophage which could ingest and kill the bacteria by producing oxygen radicals and lysosome cnzymes.In this paper,the effect of Hippophae rhamnoid-flavone(HRF)on peritoneal macrophages in mice were studied by using of luminol dependent chemiluminescence(CL) and measuring lysosome acid phosphatase(ACP)and non specific esterase(NSE)activity. HRF significantly enhanced the peritoneal macrophages CL intensity(P<0.01).In order to measure the ACP and NSE activity,the methods of histochemical staining and cytochemical quantitative analysis were used.As a result,HRF could remarkably increased ACP and NSE activity in macrophages(P<0.05).The effect of HRF on maerophages phagocytosis of chicken erythrocytes were also observed.The results showed that the phagocytic percentage and exponent of HRF group were much higher than that of the con- trol.It is suggested that the HRF could improve the activites of macrophages in mice.
