| 摘 要： | 报告１例先天性巨形色素痣伴发平滑肌瘤的病例。患者，女性，２０岁。出生时大部头皮呈黑色，随年龄增长，顶枕颞部头皮呈脑回状隆起增厚，枕部皮损处渐长出一拳头大肿物，全身散发小黑痣。病检在表皮真皮内见分化良好的痣细胞巢，枕部肿瘤细胞由交错排列的平滑肌细胞构成，免疫组化平滑肌肌动蛋白阳性表达。

| Abstract: | A 20-year-old woman suffered from black colored skin tumor over the parieto-templo-occipital area of scalp and lentigo disseminated over the body. Histopatho-logical examination showed there are well differentiated nevus cell nests in the dermo-epidermal layer. While the skin tumor of occipital region showed the interlacing of smooth muscle cells. In which showed actin positive by immunohistochemical study. |
