| 摘 要： | 目的提高完善风湿安泰片的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别处方中的人参、桂枝、黄柏;采用高效液相色谱法同时测定风湿安泰片中士的宁和马钱子碱的含量。结果定性定量方法简便,准确,专属性强,重现性好。结论提高后的质量标准可有效控制该制剂的内在质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the quality standard for Fengshi Antai tablets.Methods Radix Ginseng,Ramulus Cinnamoml, Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis atractylodes were identified by TLC.The contents of strychnine and brucine were determined simutanously by HPLC.Results The identification and content determination methods were simple,accurate,exclusive,and had good reproducibility.Conclusion The improving quality standards can control the quality of this product effectively. |
