| 摘 要： | 目的应用64排螺旋CT灌注成像(CTperfusion imaging,CTPI)可以得到体内动态的定量血流参数,但用于骨肿瘤的研究报道很少。文中通过应用CTPI来评价各种原发性骨肿瘤的血流灌注,并进一步探讨各灌注参数的应用价值。方法47例经病理诊断证实为原发性骨肿瘤的患者,治疗前行CTPI检查,获得肿瘤的时间-密度曲线(time-density curve,TDC)和血流量(blood flow,BF)、血容量(blood volume,BV)、达峰时间(time to peak,TTP)、表面通透性(permeability surface,PS)等灌注参数。其中28例为骨肉瘤,11例为软骨肉瘤,8例为骨巨细胞瘤。对3组间灌注参数基础值数据用one-way ANO-VA检验进行统计学分析。结果3组的TDC明显不同,且3组间BF、BV、TTP和PS值的差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。骨肉瘤组与骨巨细胞瘤组的BF、BV及PS值显著高于软骨肉瘤组(P均<0.05),而TTP值显著低于软骨肉瘤组(P均<0.05)。骨肉瘤组的BF、BV及TTP值与骨巨细胞瘤组无显著差异(P>0.05),但PS值显著低于骨巨细...
