摘    要:目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定中药提取物中铅、镉、砷和汞的分析方法。方法:采用高压消解法对样品进行前处理,以72Ge、115In、209Bi作为内标消除非质谱干扰,碰撞反应池消除质谱干扰,采用ICP-MS测定Pb、Cd、As、Hg。结果:方法的线性范围宽,相关系数均>0.999,检出限为0.001~0.05μg/L,回收率在91.4%~105%,相对标准偏差为0.68%~2.69%,对两种国家标准物质测定,测定值均与真值相吻合。结论:方法精密、准确、可靠,可满足正常来样检测的需要,便于推广。
