奥氮平与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症对照研究

目的：探讨国产奥氮平治疗以阳性症状为主的精神分裂症的疗效与不良反应。方法：将96例精神分裂症患者，随机分为奥氮平组和氯氮平组，疗程8周。用阳性症状量表（SAPS）评定疗效，用治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）观察不良反应。结果：国产奥氮平起效较氯氮平明显为快，痊愈率高，对某些阳性症状的疗效较氯氮平显著。结论：国产奥氮平对以阳性症状为主的精神分裂症疗效好，起效快，不良反应少，具有推广价值。

A control study of olanzapine and clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective:To explore the efficacy and adverse effect of domestic olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia with the positive symptoms. Method:96 schizophrenia inpatients with the positive symptoms were randomly divided into domestic olanzapine treatment group and clozapine treatment group.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The efficacy and adverse effect were evaluated with scale for the assessment of positive symptoms(SAPS) and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS). Results: There were higher recovery rate,ealier efficacy and more curative effect for positive symptoms in domestic olanzapine group than in clozapine group. Conclusion:Domestic olanzapine is an effective drug in the treatment of schizophrenia with the positive symptoms,which has preferably efficacy,fewer adverse effect.
