| 摘 要： | 目的 总结射频消融(RFCA)治疗快速心律失常的经验。方法 分析170例心律失常病人的RFCA过程。房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)55例，房室折返性心动过速(AVRT)106例，特发性室性心动过速(IVT)4例，阵发性心房扑动(AFL)5例。结果 消融成功率为97．6％，复发率为2．4％，并发症3．5％。结论 RFCA是一项安全有效的治疗心律失常的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To sum up the experience of radio frequency catheter ablation(RFCA) in arrhythmia.Methods One hundred and seventy cases of arrhythmia were analyzed.Among them there were atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT) in 55 cases,artrial ventricular reentrant tachycardia(AVRT) in 106 cases,idiopathic ventricular tachycardia(IVT) in 4 cases,atrial flutter(AFL) in 5 cases.Results The success of RFCA rate was 97.6%,relapse rate was 2.4%,complications were found in 3.5% cases.Conclusion Radio frequency catheter ablation is a safe and effective way in the treatment of arrhythmia. |
