To discuss some problems involved in male climacteric syndrome. The concept of male climacteric syndrome was based on the fact that some men aged over 50 would present similar clinical symptoms as menopausal women. Part middle-and-old-aged men occur symptoms related mental, physical and sex because of age-related changes of androgen. It is necessary to provide them with medical intervention and enhance the quality of life.
