泌尿系统结核实验室诊断方法在尿路感染中的应用探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨尿路感染患者中患有泌尿系统结核的诊断方法,早期明确诊断及治疗方案。方法:采用环介导等温扩增法(LAMP法)及传统细菌学法对成都市第六人民医院58例尿路感染患者进行检测,结合其他临床资料分析结果。结果:环介导等温扩增法(LAMP法)检出率为92.66%,沉渣培养法检出率为98.44%。结论:环介导等温扩增法(LAMP法)检测可快速辅助诊断泌尿系统结核,尿沉渣培养分枝杆菌培养敏感性、特异性好,二者结合影像学资料及临床症状体征,能及时确诊泌尿系统结核,争取治疗时间。

Abstract:Objective: To find suitable methods of diagnosis to urinary tuberculosis and to reduce the misdiagnosis to tuberculosis in urinary tract.Methods: 58 cases of tuberculosis in urinary system detected with the blood,urine,traditional bacteriology,immunology and loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) to compare the test results.Results: smear detection rate of Urine sediment-culture is 98.44%,detection rate of LAMP is 92.66%.Conclusion: LAMP is simple and effective test and proliferation of mycobacterial by urine sediment-culture is more sensitivity and specificity,while tests used molecular biology methods with a higher false positive.
