川南地区原发性高血压中医证型与FINS和Hs-CRP的相关性分析

目的:研究FINS和Hs-CRP与川南地区原发性高血压的关系。方法:对四川泸州及附近地区140例原发性高血压患者和40例血压正常者测量血压,检测血浆胰岛素水平、胰岛素抵抗、超敏CRP。结果:高血压病中医证型与血浆胰岛素水平、胰岛素抵抗、超敏CRP的关系:FINS和IR在各证型中都明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各证型间痰湿壅盛证明显高于其他证型组(P<0.05),FINS在肝火亢盛证与阴阳两虚证比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),而两者之间IR比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各个证型中Hs-CRP与正常对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但各个证型之间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:CRP浓度增高在高血压病中医证型中普遍存在,且在痰湿壅盛证中CRP水平增高,从四个证型整体分析来看实证重于虚证。高血压病各证型中FINS基本呈痰湿壅盛证>肝火亢盛证>阴虚阳亢证>阴阳两虚证的趋势。在各证型中IR基本呈痰湿壅盛证>阴虚阳亢证>肝火亢盛证>阴阳两虚证的趋势。因此,以上几个指标可以作为判断高血压中医证型的依据。

Relationship between FINS and Hs-CRP and essential hypertension

Objective：To investigate the association between FINS and Hs-CRP and essential hypertension. Methods ：We selected 140 pa-tients with essential hypertension and 40 normotensive control to carded out case-control study. Results： Compared with FINS,IR,Hs-CRP： FINS and 1R in four syndromes were higher than control group （P〈0.05）, excessive phlegm-dampness was the highest than the other syndromes （P〈0.05）. Liver-fire hyperactivity compared with yin yang deficiency have statistics on FINS ,but not on IR. Hs-CRP in four syndromes increased than control group （P〈0.05）, but have no statistics difference between each other. 2. Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test indicated that the frequencies of T＇f,MT,MM in M235T genotype of hypertensive patients were （X2=0.696,P=0.404〉O.05）, genotype of normotensive controls in M235T were （X^2=0.745, P=0.388〉0.05）; T174M genotype in hypertensive patients were （X^2=0.563, P=0.453〉0.05）, normotensive controls were （X^2=1.017, P=0.313〉0.05）, P〉0.05 of both gene locus M235T and T174M in the hypertensive patients or nor-motensive controls we studied had group representation. Conclusion： We can judged that metabolic block and inflammation reaction condi-tion are exist in hypertensive patients from the high level of FINS and Hs-CRP expression.
