| 摘 要： | 目的:建立采用RP-HPLC法测定链松麻滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为岛津shim-pack C1(8 150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为以乙腈-0.02mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.2%三乙胺,用磷酸调pH值至2.7)(3∶97);流速1ml.min-1;检测波长210nm;外标法定量。结果:盐酸麻黄碱进样量在0.203μg-1.218μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),加样回收率为98.94%,RSD为0.4%。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为链松麻滴鼻液内在质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Liansongma Nasal drops by RP-HPLC.Methods: Ephedrine Hydrochloride was analyzed by RP-HPLC on shim-pack-C18 column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.02 mol·L-1 KH2PO4(contain 0.2% three procedures.with phosphoric acid adjustable pH value to 2.7)(3:97).The flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1.The detective wavelength was 210nm.Results:The linearity was good within the renge 0.203μg-1.218μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 98.94% and RSD was 0.4%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determinatinn of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Liansongma Nasal drops. |
