辨病与辨证论治的历史沿革

目前临床上倾向于把病证结合理解为以西医诊病与中医治证的结合，并视作病证结合的基本模式，这种认识存在片面性。系统地回顾中医学辨病与辨证论治的历史沿革表明：《内经》时期确立辨病论治原则并产生辨证论治思想的萌芽；东汉张仲景奠定了在辨病论治体系下辨证论治的基础；晋唐时期辨病论治是进一步的继承与发展；宋金元明清时期确立辨证论治的核心地位；近现代医家对辨病与辨证结合论治作出重视审视。

Developmental History of the Combination of Disease and Syndrome Differentiation

In current practice,combination of disease and syndrome is basically understood as the western medical diagnosis and Chinese medical treatment.This is incorrect.This paper systemically reviews the history of the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation.In Classic of Medicine,the principle of disease differentiation and treatment administration was established as well as the beginning of syndrome differentiation;Zhang Zhongjing laid a foundation for syndrome differentiation under the system of disease differentiation in the eastern Han dynsaty;disease differentiation continued and further developed in the Jin and Tang dynasties;syndrome differentiation was fully improved in the Song,Jin,Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasties;in modern times,physicians re-constructed the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation.
