| 肿瘤患者血清及淋巴细胞培养上清sIL－2R与淋巴细胞转化相关性研究 |

| 摘 要： | 本文通过微量全血、氚标记胸腺嘧啶掺入法测定１４名肿瘤患者和１４名正常人淋巴细胞的增殖反应。结果，肿瘤患者ＰＢＭＣ对ＰＨＡ诱导的增殖反应较正常人明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）。采用ＥＬＩＳＡ双抗体夹心法对其血浆（或血清）及ＰＨＡ诱导的７２ｈ淋巴细胞培养上清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ含量检测。结果，肿瘤患者淋巴细胞培养上清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ含量显著地低于正常对照组，其水平与淋巴细胞增殖反应呈正相关，其相关系数有非常显著意义（Ｔｒ＜０．０１）。而肿瘤患者外周血ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ含量显著地高于正常对照（Ｐ＜０．０１）。表明，肿瘤患者的Ｔ淋巴细胞表达、释放ＩＬ－２Ｒ有明显异常。

| Abstract: | ln this paper,we investigated simultaneously the lymphocytic proliferation in- duced by PHA and sIL-2R levels in serum or released by PHA- activating PBMC into the culturesupernatant in malignant or normal persons.The lymphocytic transformation in malignant disor-ders was decreased below the normal control apparently(P<0. 01)and the slL- 2R released fromlymphocytic cultivation was also lower significantly than that of the controls,In contrast,sIL- 2Rin serum of patients with cancer was higher than that of the normal individuals. These data sug-gest that the expressions of the lymphocytes and the releasing of slL-2R in malignat patients aresignificantly abnormal. |
