血必净对脓毒症炎性反应影响的观察

目的:观察血必净注射液对脓毒症患者炎性反应的影响。方法:将42例脓毒症患者随机分成两组,对照组(n=21)给予西医常规治疗,包括呼吸机和/或血液透析。治疗组(n=21)在常规治疗基础上加用血必净100ml,静脉滴注1次/12h,连用1周。治疗前后对患者进行CRP、PLT、WBC、APCACHEⅡ评分。结果:治疗前两组患者外周血上述指标水平及APCACHEⅡ评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗7d后与对照组比较,治疗组外周血CRP、PLT、WBC水平及APCACHEⅡ评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血必净注射液对脓毒炎症因子具有拮抗作用,可阻断全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)的病理反应过程,改善脓毒症患者的病情。

Observe on the Effect of Xuebijing Injection on Inflammatory Respose of Patient with Sepsis

Objective： To investigate the effect of Xuebijing injection on inflammatory respose of patient with sepsis. Mothods ：Forty two patients with sepsis were randomly divided into two groups. Control group（n=21） obtained routine therapy,inclading hemodiafiltration and /or respirator. Based on this, treatment group（n= 21） were given Xuebijing injection in addition. Xuebijing injection 100ml intravenous infusion for one time every twelve hours, up to seven days. Before and after therapy, the changes of white blood cell（WBC）, c-reactive protein（CRP）, platelet count（PLT） and APCACHE Ⅱ scale were observed respectively. Results： No significant changes in WBC, CRP, PLT and AP- CACHE Ⅱscale were noticed in two groups before therapy（P〉0. 05）. Compared with control group, the levels of WBC,CRP,PLT and APCACHE Ⅱscale in the treatment group had significant difference after seven days therapy. The differences between the indexes were significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Xuebijing injection possesses antagonistic action on inflammatory factor in sepsis, can inhibit the patho-course of SIRS,and improve the prognosis in sepsis.
