| 摘 要： | 目的:研究柔毛冠盖藤的化学成分。方法:用溶剂萃取、硅胶色谱、重结晶等方法分离纯化,通过其理化性质、1H-NMR和13C-NMR等确定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:木栓酮(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、伞形花内酯(3)、胡萝卜苷(4)、茵芋苷(5)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Pileostegia viburnoides var.glabrescens.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by various techniques.Their structures were determined by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Results:Five compounds were isolated and identified as friedelin(1),β-sitosterol(2),umbelliferone(3),daucosterol(4) and skimmin(5).Conclusion:All the compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time. |
