| 摘 要： | 目的应用流式细胞术检测乙型肝炎患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)CD58+细胞百分率,并探讨其与乙型肝炎的关系.方法采用直接免疫荧光法常规提取PBMC,应用流式细胞仪分别检测43例HBV感染者及11例正常对照的PBMC CD58+细胞百分率,同时检测血清ALT、AST水平.结果乙型肝炎各组患者PBMC CD58+细胞百分率较正常对照组明显增高(P＜0.05);乙型肝炎患者PBMC CD58+细胞百分率与血清ALT、AST呈显著正相关.结论乙型肝炎患者PBMC CD58+细胞百分率与疾病严重程度及肝细胞损伤严重程度有关.

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the percentage of CD58+ cell in PBMC by flow cytometer in the patients with HBV infection and investigate the relations between the percentage of CD58+ cell in PBMC and HB.Methods:PBMC was separated by separation solution.Using direct immunofluorescence the percentage of CD58+ cell in PBMC was detected by flow cytometer in all patients (n=42) and normal controls (n=11).Serum levels of ALT and AST were also measured meanwhile.Results:The percentage of CD58+ cell in PBMC of patients with HBV infection was significantly higher than those in control (P<0.05).The percentage of CD58+ cell in PBMC of patients with HBV were positively correlated with serum levels of ALT and AST.Conclusion:The percentage of CD58+ cell in PBMC was correlations with the degree of HB and the degree of liver damage. |
