摘    要:目的优选通关藤饮片醇提工艺。方法以绿原酸和总酚酸的量为监测指标,采用正交试验对通关藤的醇提工艺进行优选。结果最佳提取工艺为:以60%乙醇为提取溶媒,加乙醇总量为18倍量,回流提取3次,每次1.5h。结论该提取工艺合理,生产实际操作简单,适合于大生产。

Abstract:Aim To establish the alcohol extraction process of Marsdenia tenacissima.Methods The content was determined with total phenolic acid and chlorogenic acid as the examination standard by orthogonal experiment.Results The optimum extraction condition obtained is adding 18 times of amount of 60% alcohol and extracting for 1.5 hours(totally extracting for 3 times).Conclusion The extraction method is reasonable,simple and easy for manufacture.
