| 摘 要： | 肺栓塞（PE）是以各种栓子阻塞肺动脉或其分支而引起的一组呼吸循环障碍的疾病。本文结合昆明市第一人民医院重症医学科收治的1例产后大出血早期即发生肺栓塞,在凝血功能紊乱状态下急诊以选择性小剂量尿激酶溶栓方案抢救成功的病例进行报道和讨论。

| Abstract: | Pulmonary embolism (PE) is a group of respiratory circulation disorders caused by various emboli blocking Pulmonary artery or its branches. This paper reports and discusses a case of pulmonary embolism in the early stage of postpartum hemorrhage treated in the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of Kunming First People's Hospital, who was successfully rescued by selective low-dose urokinase thrombolytic therapy in emergency under the condition of coagulation dysfunction. |
