随着新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）疫苗研发的快速推进，数十种疫苗进入临床研究阶段，数种不同类型COVID-19疫苗在不同国家和地区获批使用。疫苗的安全性始终是专家和公众都密切关注的重点之一。此文系统总结并分析了目前已公开发表或官方发布的COVID-19疫苗上市前后安全性数据，为全面理解疫苗安全性，增强公众对疫苗的信心，同时更好地开展疫苗大规模应用后安全性监测和信号挖掘提供科学参考。

Safety overview of COVID-19 vaccines

With the rapid development of COVID-19 vaccines, dozens of new COVID-19 vaccines have entered the clinical research stage and several different types of COVID-19 vaccines have been approved for use in different countries and regions. Vaccine safety has always been one of the focuses that experts and the public are paying close attention to. In this review, publicly or officially released safety data of new COVID-19 vaccines before and after authorization are systematically summarized, to help for fully understanding the safety of COVID-19 vaccines, enhancing the public's confidence in COVID-19 vaccines, and better implementing vaccines safety surveillance and safety signal detection after large-scale immunization.
