ICU中西医结合内科治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效观察

目的 探讨在ICU开展中、西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效.方法 将我科自2007年5月～2010年4月间收治的35例重症急性胰腺炎,随机分为实验组18例和对照组17例,入院时采用Ranson标准、Balthazat CT标准及APACHEⅡ评分,两组比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05),对照组采用常规西医治疗,实验组在对照组常规西医治疗的基础上结合中医治疗,比较治疗后两组生命体征稳定、症状缓解、肠功能恢复所需要的时间、ICU住院天数及主要并发症.结果 与对照组相比,实验组生命体征稳定、症状改善、肠功能恢复需要的时间及ICU住院天数均缩短,并发症发生少,降低了医疗费用.结论 在ICU开展中、西医结合内科治疗重症急性胰腺炎能缩短ICU住院时间,降低医疗费用.

Observation of the clinical efficacy of combination of Chinese and Western Medicine on the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis in Intensive Care Unit

【Objective】 To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination of Chinese and Western medicine on the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) in Intensive Care Unit(ICU).【Methods】 Totally 35 cases of SAP admitted into ICU from May 2007 to Apirl 2010 were randomly divided into two groups: therapy group(n =18) and control group(n =17).Before treatment,there was not significant difference in Ranson score,Balthazat CT score,APACHEⅡscore between two groups(P >0.05).Two groups were both given the treatment of conventional western medicine,while the traditional Chinese medicine was administered in the therapy group.After treatment,the lengths of vital signs restored to normal,symptoms improved and bowel function restored to normal,the days of stay in ICU,the major complications were compared between two groups.【Result】 Compared with control group,in the therapy group,the lengths of vital signs restored to normal,symptoms improved and bowel function restored to normal,the days of stay in ICU were shorted,the major complications were less,the hospital expenses were lowered.【Conclusion】 Combination of Chinese and western medicine on the treatment of SAP in ICU may reduce the length of stay in ICU and lower the hospital expenses.
