| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小切口开窗术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：通过手术切除部分黄韧带、部分椎板边缘、部分小关节突。达到治疗腰椎间盘突出症的目的。结果：小切口开窗术对身体损伤小，愈后效果好。结论：小切口开窗术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切，患者满意度高。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of small incision fenestration in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： The surgical removal of part of the yellow ligament, part of the lamina edge, some small facet to achieve the purpose of treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Results： The small incision fenestration of the bodily injury was small, the prognosis effect was good. Conclusion： Small incision fenestration in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has definite therapeutic effect, the patients＇ satisfactory degree is high. |
