摘    要:目的研究苦参碱对体外培养的兔晶状体上皮细胞增生的影响,探索白内障术后晶状体后囊浑浊的治疗药物。方法取第2代对数生长期的兔晶状体上皮细胞,培养24h后,加入不同浓度的苦参碱(0.1、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2、1.4、1.6mg/mL)作用24h后,采用MTT法观察苦参碱对兔晶状体上皮细胞增生的影响。结果苦参碱随着浓度的增加,其抑制兔晶状体上皮细胞增生的作用逐渐增强,增生抑制率的升高呈现明显的剂量依赖性。结论苦参碱能有效抑制体外培养的兔晶状体上皮细胞增生,在防止白内障术后晶状体后囊浑浊方面有一定的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of matrine on the proliferation of rabbit lens epithelial cells(RLECs) in vitro.Methods RLECs were primary culture. After the second generation of RLECs were incubated for 24 hours, we added different concentrations of matrine for 24 hours. The cell proliferation of RLECs was determined by MTT assay. Results The inhibitory rates of RLECs proliferation were increased in dose-dependent ways by matrine in vitro.Conclusions Matrine could effectively inhibit the proliferation of RLECs, and it might have broad prospects in the prevention of posterior capsular opacification.
