| 摘 要： | 目的:研究椎-基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者的事件相关电位(P300)变化,探讨其对认知功能的损害以及可能的机制.方法:对30例椎-基底动脉系统TIA患者和30例正常对照组进行简易智能状态检查(MMSE)和听觉p300测试.结果:病例组P300潜伏期较正常对照组延长,波幅较正常对照组降低;2.病例组MMSE总分低于对照组,主要表现在即刻记忆和注意计算两个分项上的得分低于对照组.结论;椎-基底动脉系统TIA患者存在认知功能损害.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the changes of event related potentials(ERP) on patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA) of Vertibrobasilar System in order to explore the cognitive damages and possible mechanism.Methods:thirty patients with TIA and thirty healthy people as controls were taken mini mental state examination(MMSE)and test P300 through the standard oddball paradigm.Results: The latencies of P300 were prolonged significantly in TIA group compared with normal group.The amplitude of P300 were higher significantly in TIA group compared with normal group;the total marks of MMSE were lower significantly in TIA group,especially in subentry of instanter memory and attention and calculation.Conclusion:The cognitive function of patients with TIA of Vertibrobasilar System were damaged. |
