| 摘 要： | 目的:同时测定复方珍珠咽喉宁制剂中的梓醇和甘草酸含量,以控制复方珍珠咽喉宁含片质量.方法:超声提取,采用ODS-C18反相柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),分别用流动相水-乙腈(99.4∶0.6)和乙腈-ψ(乙酸)0.1%的水溶液(33∶67),检测波长似)分别为210 nm和254 nm对梓醇和甘草酸进行测定. 结果:采用ψ(甲醇)50%为溶剂,超声30 min,梓醇的平均回收率98.33%,RSD 0.78%;甘草酸的平均回收率96.89%,RSD 0.45%. 结论:该法简便、快速、专属性强,适用于咽喉宁含片的含量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for determination of glycyrrhizin and catalpol in Zhenzhu yanhouning buccal tablets by HPLC.Methods:Glycyrrhizin and catalpol were determined by RP-HPLC on C_(18)-column at 210 nm and 254 nm,with 0.6% acetonitrile and acetonitrile:0.1% acetic acid solution(33:67)as mobile phase respecvely.Results:The lineadty of this method was good.The average recovery for glycyrrhizin and catalpol were 96.89%(RSD,0.45%)and 98.33%(RSD 0.78%),respectively.Conclusion:The established method is simple,quick and specific,which is suitable for the quality control of the compound drug. |
