欣母沛防治高危剖宫产孕妇产后出血的疗效观察

目的探讨欣母沛防治高危剖宫产孕妇产后出血的临床疗效。方法选择80例宫缩乏力高危剖宫产孕妇,采用随机数字表法,将孕妇随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组在胎儿取出后立即给予缩宫素20 U静滴、缩宫素20 U子宫肌肉注射和卡前列甲酯栓1 mg肛塞,观察组则给予缩宫素20 U静滴和欣母沛250μg宫体肌肉注射。观察两组术中及产后2 h、24 h出血量和尿量,记录两组不良反应发生率。结果观察组术中及产后2 h、24 h出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),而尿量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论欣母沛可有效防治高危剖宫产孕妇产后出血,疗效优于缩宫素联合卡前列甲酯栓。

Effect of hemabate on postpartum hemorrhage of high-risk pregnant women after cesarean section

Objective To investigate the effects of hemabate on postpartum hemorrhage of high-risk pregnant women after cesarean section.Methods 80 cases of high-risk pregnant women with uterine inertia after cesarean section were randomly divided into control group and observation group by using a random number table,each group had 40 cases.Patients in control group were treated with intravenous infusion of oxytocin 20 U,oxytocin 20 U im and carboprost methylate suppositories 1 mg anal plug,while patients in observation group were treated with intravenous infusion of oxytocin 20 U and hemabate 250 μg im.The amount of bleeding and urine volume during operation and postoperative 2 h,24 h were observed in two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were recorded.Results The amount of bleeding during operation and postoperative 2 h,24 h in observation group were significantly less than those in control group(P<0.05);however,the urine volume in observation group during operation and postoperative 2 h,24 h were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(5.00%)was significantly lower than that in control group(20.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion Hemabate has good therapeutic effect on postpartum hemorrhage of high-risk pregnant women after cesarean section caused by uterine inertia.
