摘    要:目的探讨重组人淀粉样蛋白前体Kunitz型蛋白酶抑制剂结构域变异体(reorganization human Kunitzprotease inhibitor domain of amyloid protein precursor variant,rhKD/APPvar)对实验性慢性肝损伤大鼠肝组织纤维化的影响。方法利用实验鼠的四氯化碳(CCl4)慢性肝损伤模型,采用胶原纤维染色检测方法,观察rhKD/APPvar对慢性肝损伤大鼠肝组织纤维化改变的影响。结果随着rhKD/APPvar剂量的增加,胶原纤维增生减轻。尤其以rhKD/APPvar大剂量组效果最为明显。结论 rhKD/APPvar能够显著抑制大鼠肝脏纤维化。

Influence of rhKD/APPvar on the fibrosis of hepatic tissue in Wistar rats with chronic liver injury

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of reorganization human Kunitz protease inhibitor domain of amy- loid protein precursor variant (rhKD/APPvar) on the fibrosis of hepatic tissue in Wistar rats with chronic liver injury. Methods The chronic liver injury model of rats was induced by carbon tetrachloride (CC14). The method of collage- nous fibers dyeing was employed to observe the effect of rhKD/APPvar on the rats' hepatic tissue fibrosis. Results With the increase of the dose of rhKD/APPvar,the collagenous fibers hyperplasia decreased. The large dose of rhKD/ APPvar group was most effective in reducing fibrosis. Conclusion The rhKD/APPvar could inhibit rats' hepatic tissue fibrosis significantly.
