Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路是一条非常重要的转导途径,其异常表达将对细胞的生长、发育、增殖及分化产生深远的影响,可导致多种恶性肿瘤的发生。Sonic Hedgehog(Shh)基因是Shh信号通路的核心,该基因可作为某些肿瘤的诊断及预后评价的指标。研究显示Hh信号通路在食管癌、胃癌、髓母细胞瘤、前列腺癌等多种肿瘤中表达,且与肿瘤的发生、发展及转移密切相关。

Hedgehog(Hh)signaling pathway is a very important pathway,the abnormal expression of which has far-reaching impact on cell growth,development,proliferation and differentiation.It can cause a variety of malignancies.Sonic hedgehog(Shh)gene is core of Shh signaling pathway,which can be used as diagnostic and prognostic evaluation index of some tumors.Studies have shown that Hh pathway were expressed in multiple tumors such as esophageal cancer,gastric cancer,medulloblastoma,and prostate cancer etc.,closely related to the occurrence,development and metastasis of the tumors.
