胃食管反流病及反流性食管炎438例诊治体会

目的：探讨胃食管反流病及反流性食管炎的治疗。方法：对438例胃食管反流病及反流性食管炎的临床治疗及观察进行回顾忆分析。结果：胄食管反流病82例，痊愈55例，治愈率67．07％。显效27例，显效率是32．93％。反流性食管炎356例，治愈312例，治愈率87．64％。显效44例，显效率12．36％。结论：奥美拉唑、莫沙必利治疗胄食管反流病，联合胶体次枸橼酸铋治疗反流性食管炎具有良好的效果。

Diagnosis and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and reflux esophagitis in 438 cases

Objective：To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment strategy ot gastroesophageal reflux disease and reflux esophagitis. Method：The clinical data of 438 cases with gastroesophageal reflux disease and re- flux esophagitis were analyzed retrospectively. Result： Fifty-five patients were cured （67. 070/00）, and 27 cases showed remarkable curative effect（27 %） in all 82 cases with gastroesophageal reflux disease. 312 patients were cured （87.64%）,and 44 cases showed remarkable curative effect（12.36%） in all 356 cases with reflux esophagi tis. Conclusion：Omeprazole enteric coated capsules and Cisapride tablets and Bismuth potassium citrate granules were safe and effective in lhe treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and reflux esophagitis.
