| 摘 要： | 目的探讨引起脑卒中患者肺部感染的相关因素及护理措施。方法对2005年5月至2007年5月861例脑卒中患者进行回顾性调查分析，并从各种治疗护理环节进行全面评估和观察。结果脑卒中患者的肺部感染发生率主要与住院时问、年龄、气管切开、基础病等因素有关。结论明确脑卒中患者肺部感染的相关因素，针对性地给予预见性护理，可以有效降低肺部感染的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation factors of pulmonary infection in patients with stroke and its nursing interventions. Methods To retrospective review and analyze 861 cases of patients with stroke, who hospitalized in our hospital from May 2005 to May 2007, and conducted a comprehensive observation and evaluation on variety of medical treatments and nursing aspects.
