| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨鞘内注射万古霉素或庆大霉素和地塞米松治疗化脓性脑膜炎及脑室炎的近期和远期疗效.方法 化脓性脑膜炎101例,其中50例采用常规治疗作为对照组,51倒在常规治疗基础上鞘内注射万古霉素或庆大霉素和地塞米松,观察两组间的疗效差异.结果 实验组的观察指标较对照组改善迅速,体温降至正常的时间平均缩短9 d左右,外周血白细胞降至正常缩短8 d左右.脑脊液中的白细胞降至正常平均缩短9 d左右,平均住院时间缩短9 d左右.实验组远期后遗症的发生率比对照组减少(P<0.05).结论 加用抗生素和地塞米松鞘内注射治疗化脓性脑膜炎明显优于常规治疗,应积极推广.
