手术病人的安全与风险管理

目的探讨手术病人的安全隐患,加强手术病人安全的防护措施。方法针对手术室常见的风险因素,采取了系列的风险管理措施,如:应用自行设计的“手术病人接送卡”和“术前核对记录单”,防止接错病人。设计应用不同专科的“手术器械清点单”和“巡回护士交接班记录单”,防止器械和纱布遗留体腔内。实施新的标准手术体位,防止体位放置不当引起的损伤等。结果实施风险管理3年中,未发生差错事故,医生和病人对手术室工作的满意度提高。结论实施手术病人的风险管理,能提高手术病人的安全性,提高手术室护理工作质量。

The practice of safety and risk management in operating patients

Objective To explore the potential risk factors of patients safety in operation room and improve the precautions of patients safety.Methods According to the common risk factors in operation room,the following risk management measures were carried out,such as designing and applying "the delivery card for operating patient" and "the pre-operative checking card" to prevent any wrong patients during delivery,designing and applying "the list of operating appliance" and "operative delivery nursing records" to prevent any wrong appliance and gauze,reforming the operation positions to prevent any injury due to inappropriate positions,and so on.Results As a result,there was no mistake occurred in the recent 3 years since the practice of risk management.The patients' and doctors' satisfaction with nursing was increased.Conclusion The risk management for operating patients can improve the patients safety and promote the quality of nursing in operation room.
