| 摘 要： | 目的：观察靳三针治疗中风性假性球麻痹的临床疗效。方法：将128例患者随机分为2组。靳三针组64例，采用靳三针法（脑三针、舌三针）治疗；传统头针组64例，采用病灶侧运动区及足运感区为主穴治疗。疗程为1月。结果：临床症状积分、洼田氏饮水实验积分总有效率治疗组分别为93．75％、92．19％，对照组分别为87．5％、78．13％，2组比较，差异均有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：靳三针治疗中风性假性麻痹疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jin' s three -needle manipulation (JTM) for pseudobular palsy (PBP). Methods: 128 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly. JTM group (64 cases) was treated by JIN manipulation (brain three -needle and tongue three - needle); traditional scalp acupuncture group (64 cases) by acupuncture to motion area and foot motion and sensory area of diseased side. One month constituted the course of treatment. Results: The total effective rate of symptom scoring was 93. 75% and 87. 5% in treatment group and control group respectively (P < 0. 01). The total effective rate of water test was 92. 19% and 78. 13% in treatment group and control group respectively ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: JTM is marked effect for PBP. |
