| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍近年来莽草酸及其衍生物的药理作用及其机制，为其进一步利用和开发提供参考。方法：计算机检索1970—2006年美国MEDLINE、EMBase，同时检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中文科技期刊全文数据库、中文学术期刊全文数据库和中国生物医学期刊文献数据库，并对相关文献进行分析和总结。结果：莽草酸主要是从中药八角茴香中提取的一种单体化合物，莽草酸及其衍生物具有抗茵抗肿瘤、抗血栓形成和抗脑缺血等作用。结论：莽草酸及其衍生物药理作用明显，具有广阔的开发前景。

| Abstract: | Objective: Introduction to progress in researches on the pharmacological functions and mechanism of shikimic acid and its derivatives for exploitation further.Methods:We performed an electronic search for Medline, EMbase (1970-2006), and searched some Chinese journals for additional articles (such as CBM disc, VIP, CNKI, CMCC). Analysis and summary of interactive literatures were also performed. Results:Shikimic Acid is a monomeric compound mainly extracted from chinese anise.Shikimic acid and its derivatives have the pharmacological functions of antibacterial ,antitumor, antithrombotic activity and anti-cerebral ischemia,etc.Conclusion: pharmacological actions of shikimic acid and its derivatives are effective, having a good prospect. |
