| 摘 要： | 目的：比较文拉法辛与氟西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法：将80例抑郁症患者随机分为两组，分别给予文拉法辛与氟西汀治疗，疗程6周，用汉密顿抑郁量表（17项，HAMD）评定临床疗效，用副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果：第1、2周末两组间HAMD评分差异有显著性；两组总有效率及不良反应差异无显著件。结论：文拉法辛抗抑郁作用起效较快，疗效及不良反应与氟西汀相当。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine and fluoxetine in the treatment of depression. Methods:80 patients with depression were randomly assigned to venlafaxine group and fluoxetine group for 6 weeks.The efficacy was evaluated with Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),and the side effects were evaluated with treatment emergent symptoms scale(TESS).Results: The total score of HAMD in venlafaxine group was significantly lower than that in fluoxetine group after one-week and two-week treatment.No significant differences were found in clinical efficacy and side effects between two groups.Conclusions: Both venlafaxine and fluoxetine are effective antidepressants with fewer side effect.However,venlafaxine took effect more quickly. |
