| 摘 要： | 目的建立雅连的HPLC指纹图谱鉴定方法。方法用RP-HPLC(DAD)法,梯度洗脱,测定雅连的指纹图谱,并作相似度比较分析。结果初步建立了雅连的指纹图谱。结论HPLC指纹图谱法重现性好,可作为黄连的一项质控指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint for the identification of Radix Coptidis Del-toideae. Method Chromatographic fingerprint of Radix Coptidis Deltoideae was determined by RP-HPLC(DAD)and the qradient elution mode applied in chromatographic separation, data were analysed by Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation Software to compare the similarity of samples. Result The HPLC fingerprint of Radix Coptidis Deltoideae was established preliminarily. Conclusion HPLC fingerprint method is repeatable and can be used in quality assessment of Radix Coptidis. |
