| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨尼美舒利治疗儿科高热的疗效和安全性。方法：253例6月～8岁高热患儿279例次退热治疗，患儿随机分为尼美舒利治疗组、乙酰氨基酚治疗组、布洛芬治疗组，观察用药后30 min、1 h及4 h 体温变化和用药期间不良反应情况，使用尼美舒利组复查肝、肾功能。结果：治疗后4 h 尼美舒利组的体温控制率明显优于其他二组（P〈0.05）,体温下降幅度也大于布洛芬组和乙酰氨酚组（P〈0.01），3组患儿均于明显不良反应发生。结论：尼美舒利治疗儿科高热疗效确切并且安全可靠。
