Discussion on Essentials of Training before Taking on a New Job in Hospital

Based on analyzing the special requirements of medical service and the psychological characteristic of graduates, the author think that when training graduates before taking on a new job, for getting better effect in the limited time, the three essentials should be paid attention to, which are medical moral education, education for shortening psychological adaptive period and strengthening training of cooperative ability of interpersonal relationships.
