百麦安神冲剂对失眠大鼠睡眠时相的影响

目的：观察不同剂量的百麦安神冲剂（BMASD）对失眠大鼠睡眠时相的影响。方法：在恒温、恒湿、自动光控和电磁屏蔽实验条件下，采用大鼠皮层脑电描记方法，观察百麦安神冲剂对失眠大鼠睡眠时相的影响。结果：百麦安神冲剂中、低剂量均能显著延长失眠大鼠慢波睡眠Ⅱ期（SWS2）和快动眼睡眠（REMS），从而减少觉醒时间（W）并延长睡眠总时间（TST）；高剂量亦能显著延长失眠大鼠SWS2期和REMS期，但对W及TST无显著影响；与安神补脑液的对比研究表明，百麦安神冲剂中剂量延长失眠大鼠睡眠SWS2期效果优于低、高剂量及安神补脑液。结论：百麦安神冲剂高中低剂量均能显著延长失眠大鼠的SWS2期和REMS期，百麦安神冲剂中剂量组对失眠大鼠睡眠SWS2期延长效果优于其他三组。

Effects of Baimai Ansben Decoction on the sleep phase of insomnic rats

Objective:To observe the effects of Baimai Anshen Decoction(BMASD) at different doses on the sleep phases of insomnic rats.Methods:Under the experimental conditions of constant temperature, constant humidity, light automaticly and electromagnetic shielding, the method of cortical EEG in rats was used to observe the effects of BMASD at different doses on the sleep phases of insomnic rats.Results:BMASD at middle and low dose could significantly prolong the SWS2 and REMS, and further decreased the W and prolonged the TST.BMASD at high dose could also prolong the SWS2 and REMS, but had no obvious effect on W or TAT.The effect of BMASD at middle dose on prolonging SWS2 of insomnic rats was better than that of low and high doses as well as Anshenbunao liquid.Conclusion:BMASD at three doses can significantly prolong the SWS2 and REMS, and the effect of the middle dose is better than that of the other three group on prolonging the SWS2 of insomnic rats.
